Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete, we do not accept liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in any information on this site, or any linked site, or any liability in respect of information on this site supplied by any other person/company.
During the application process for courses and/or teaching positions TEFLstop will collect information from you, the site user. This information will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
TEFLstop accepts no liability for any loss whatsoever (direct or indirect) arising from your use of this site or services offered by advertisers on this site.
The use of this website (and services) is to be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
Some of the services offered through this website may be governed by laws of countries other than England and separate conditions will apply.

Acceptance onto a distance learning course is at the sole discretion of the Course Director. If payment is received and the application is subsequently declined a full refund will be given.
Course payments and/or enrolments cannot be transferred from one student to another.
In case of dissatisfaction course materials may be returned within 7 days of the date the course fees were received by TEFLstop, provided that no assignments have been submitted. The cost of postage and packing and cost of damaged materials will be deducted from the refund.
No refunds can be given after 7 days of the course payment for any reason, except when it is deemed necessary to advise a trainee of his or her unsuitability to continue possibly due to an unacceptably low standard. In this case the trainee must have submitted at least the first 3 units of the course for assessment.
You will be assigned a trainer for the duration of the course. Your trainer can be contacted by email or post. Your trainer will not be contactable by phone. If a telephone conversation is necessary you can contact TEFLstop on 0044 (0) 1565 621661 during office hours. If there is nobody available to answer your call you will be asked to leave a message. Please leave your name and number if you would like us to call you back.
Course materials will be dispatched within 24 working hours of receipt of course fees. If you have opted to pay by cheque (payable to INTESOL WORLDWIDE LIMITED) materials will be dispatched on clearance of funds.
The course is available on CD ROM. If you prefer the paper format you will be asked to pay extra. If you opt to change the course format you will be charged.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service that we offer please email your complaint to enquiries@TEFLstop.com stating your problem. We will look into your complaint and keep you informed of the process.
